2. Cleanse and Moisturize Daily

Cleansing your face at least twice daily is crucial for maintaining healthy, ageless skin. Dirt, sweat, bacteria, and pollutants can build upon our skin’s surface throughout the day. These impurities can clog pores, leading to breakouts and dull-looking skin.

Incorporating exfoliation into your routine once or twice a week can help reveal brighter, smoother, and more youthful-looking skin.

There are two types of exfoliants: physical and chemical. Physical exfoliants involve using a scrub or tool to physically remove dead skin cells, while chemical exfoliants use gentle acids to dissolve and remove them. Choosing the type that best suits your skin is crucial.

Make sure to get seven to nine hours of uninterrupted sleep each night to allow your skin the time to rejuvenate. Additionally, consider sleeping on a silk or satin pillowcase, as it’s gentler on the skin and helps prevent wrinkles and creases.
